This cookie policy explains which cookies WIWO Media (a trade name of CW Nederland B.V.) uses on wiwomedia.nl and in the customer portal mijnwiwo.nl, what they are for and how long they are kept. In short: wiwomedia.nl sets no cookies, and the customer portal only uses cookies that are needed to make it work. We do not track you.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. On your next page view or visit, the website reads the cookie again. This lets a website remember, for example, which language you prefer or that you are logged in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are also covered by the term cookies in this policy.
Functional cookies only
Where we set cookies, they are functional cookies only. These are cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, such as keeping you logged in to the customer portal or keeping your shopping cart. Under Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, these cookies do not require consent. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.
We do not use:
- analytics cookies or third party visitor statistics;
- tracking or profiling cookies;
- advertising or retargeting cookies;
- social media plugins that send data as soon as you visit a page.
If we ever start using cookies that require consent, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Our website wiwomedia.nl does not set any cookies. The language of the website follows from the address: Dutch is at wiwomedia.nl and English at wiwomedia.nl/en. No cookie is needed for this.

The exact cookie names may vary between versions of the portal. The purpose remains the same: making the portal work securely.
Cookies set by payment providers
When you make a payment in the customer portal, for example with iDEAL or a credit card, you are redirected to the environment of a payment service provider or your bank. These parties may set functional cookies on their own domain, for example to secure the payment and prevent fraud. Their own cookie and privacy policies apply. WIWO Media has no access to these cookies.
Managing and deleting cookies
You can view and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies. Please note that functional cookies are needed for the customer portal to work: without cookies, you cannot log in to mijnwiwo.nl. Wiwomedia.nl works without cookies.
