Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my existing mail?
Yes. We help you migrate your mailboxes so old messages and folders are preserved.
Is email included with web hosting?
Yes, every web hosting plan includes unlimited email. Email hosting is for when you only need mail, without a website.
How do backups work?
Every night we back up your website, databases and email. Backups are stored away from the web server, so a server failure does not affect them. The control panel keeps your last three backups ready for you to restore yourself.
